Danielle McNabb is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Brock University.
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science, Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice Program (FPAC) at Brock University.
My research and teaching focus on public law, criminal justice policy and administration, and Canadian politics. My current research agenda primarily examines matters of policing & police oversight and legal mobilization under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
My work has appeared in the Canadian Journal of Political Science, Policing & Society, Women & Criminal Justice, Canadian Journal of Law and Society, Review of Constitutional Studies, Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice, among other venues.
Before joining Brock University, I completed a Ph.D. in Political Studies at Queen’s University, and a M.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice Policy at the University of Guelph.
